Meet Sienna Grace

Hello, I'm Sienna. I've always been the person people come to when life feels big. The happy chaos of a wedding, or the quiet ache of saying goodbye. I never planned to become a celebrant, but looking back, it makes total sense. I've spent years learning how to hold space for people, and now I get to do that in the moments that matter most.

Life is full of moments that deserve to be honoured, celebrated, and remembered. At Sienna Grace Ceremonies, I create meaningful, personalised ceremonies that reflect the people at the heart of them.

Whether you're celebrating love, saying goodbye to someone special, or marking a new beginning, your ceremony should feel authentic, warm, and completely you.

No scripts. No rigid rules. Just a ceremony created with care, compassion, and a touch of joy, because love should be woven into every word.

Alongside celebrancy, I trained in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and mindset coaching, and I'm a qualified grief and bereavement coach. So if you're navigating loss, I'm also here to support you beyond the ceremony itself, whenever you need it.

A lover of books, neuroscience, and healthy food (with an equal love of cake, baking, and a good Sunday roast). I have a son with learning disabilities who keeps me on my toes, and a daughter who's a law tutor.

We share our home with a beautiful 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Darcy-Rose, who's my son's therapy dog and four African Dwarf Frogs, Dolly, Polly, Molly and Tony (!!) T’is true!

I love nothing more than watching love blossom, or supporting a family during often the toughest of times when they need me most.

I'm a former midwife, holistic therapist, health coach, and hypnotherapist, with plenty of tips, tricks, and twists for supporting you through anxiety and grief in highly emotional times, and for celebrating you in the joy and excitement of your vows or your wedding day. I'm newly engaged myself, so it's all very close to my heart right now, too.

When it comes to grief, I've had my fair share, so I'm well-equipped to walk beside you. I'll hold space for you and with you, giving you the time you need to say a loving farewell to the people you've lost. I have had family members pass recently including my dad whom I was extremely close to, two brothers, an uncle and three aunties.

Grief with losing a handful of close friends has opened my eyes to the love that is widespread and I know grief never fully leaves us. I also know that grey ball of grief gets a little easier to carry with time.
